We all know that the return to the office will differ from those of a year ago. Should companies create an onboarding initiative for returning employees to smooth the transition to the next normal?
Given the amount of time people spent apart, and the number of new employees hired in the last year, it’s worth considering starting onboarding all over again. Some companies are doing just that to readjust employees. After all, we’ve experienced so many changes with many more to come.
