How to translate your benefits

Accessing the MyEvive web portal and Evive emails in your preferred language

If you’d like to use MyEvive in a language besides English, you can easily access translated versions of the web portal and emails with your browser’s tools. Depending on your internet browser (Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox, or Microsoft Edge), follow the steps below on your computer. Make sure that you have most recent version of your browser installed!

For Google Chrome:

  1. Go to your Chrome settings by clicking the three vertical dots on the top-right corner of your window and then clicking Settings.
  2. Navigate to Languages on the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Under the Google Translate section, make sure Use Google Translate is toggled on. Next to “Translate into this language,” select your preferred language of translation.
  4. If you’d like for your MyEvive and Evive emails to translate automatically (as well as other English pages), next to  “Automatically translate these languages,” click Add languages. Select “English”.
  5. If you don’t want to automatically translate your pages, you can translate your MyEvive content manually. On the MyEvive web portal or an Evive email, right click and select the option that begins with Translate to… (This option should automatically populate with the language you selected in the previous step). You will have to repeat this step for each new page you visit.

For Safari:

  1. Click the Apple logo at the top-left corner of your device screen, and then visit System Settings…
  2. Click the General tab on the left-hand sidebar. Navigate to Language & Region.
  3. Under the Preferred Languages box, click the plus sign and select your preferred language of translation. You can set this language to your primary language by dragging it to the top.
  4. Restart your device so that the updated settings can take effect.

  5. On the MyEvive web portal or an Evive email, click the translation icon at the top of the screen. Select the Translate to… option for the language of your choice. If you click on another page from here, it should automatically translate.

    Translate page…
