Sanofi’s Alan Lubeck and Evive’s Adam Kanouse to Discuss Incentives Program that Drives Employee Engagement and Benefit Utilization at No Additional Cost
CHICAGO – April 26, 2022 – Evive, the leader in digital engagement and communication technology, joins fellow industry leaders as a sponsor of The Conference Board’s 2022 Annual Employee Health Care Conference, “Elevate the Health Care Experience.” The conference will take place at the New York Marriott Marquis, April 28-29, 2022.
In addition, Tuesday, April 28 from 2:55-3:40 p.m. ET, Adam Kanouse, Evive’s chief technology officer, and Alan Lubeck, Sanofi’s head of U.S. benefits, will speak about using incentive programs to encourage employee benefits utilization, especially imperative in today’s largely distributed workforce. In a session titled, “Need to Up Your Benefits Game? Incentives Programs Offer a Low Cost, High Return Solution,” Kanouse and Lubeck take a deep dive into how Sanofi’s personalized incentives program, executed by Evive, boosts engagement, higher benefits utilization and measurable ROI – without additional budget.
“Evive’s approach to boost benefits utilization and drive engagement for Sanofi demonstrates our ongoing commitment to exceeding customer expectations. We’re eager to replicate that level of success for other organizations,” said Prashant Srivastava, Evive president and CEO. “We are excited to join a dynamic group of speakers from a diverse array of employers to share unique perspectives and tangible advice about innovative health and benefits strategies that improve employee health and well-being.”
