
Evive co-founder Dr. Prashant Srivastava led the development of the company’s proprietary predictive analytics platform. He earned his PhD in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Before Evive, Prashant directed clinical operations for Focused Health Solutions and led a product and process technology group at Pfizer.
As CEO, Prashant provides inspired leadership company-wide and establishes high-performing teams. He develops business strategies and plans that align with short-term and long-term objectives, and oversees all operations to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the company’s mission.
Evive embodies Prashant’s passion for transforming lives by providing the right information at the right time. Outside work, Prashant enjoys spending time with family, swimming, traveling, and reading.

Prior to co-founding Evive, Peter directed corporate sales and business development for Focused Health Solutions and served as Operations Director for Johnson & Johnson. He attended The University of Texas at Austin where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business, followed by the University of Michigan where he earned his Master of Science in Worksite Health Promotion.
As Evive rapidly scales, Peter advises senior management on strategy related to company culture. He leads Board meetings with a focus on addressing important opportunities and challenges, and serves as a resource for the CEO regarding organizational structure, key hires, and market focus.
Passionate about doing right by customers and company, Peter believes “how you get there is as important as getting there.” When he isn’t working, Peter enjoys spending time with family, volunteering for the Posse Foundation, and golfing.

With a background spanning more than 25 years, Jeff brings a wealth of proven experience in business development and healthcare technology. A Chicago native, Jeff earned his Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from Western Illinois University, having also studied business administration.
After founding and ultimately selling his own healthcare startup, Jeff joined Evive in 2008. As Chief Strategy Officer, he directs company initiatives related to growth and positioning, leads strategic relationship and partnership efforts, and oversees the vision for the sales and marketing departments.
A hard worker with an eye for spotting innovation, Jeff lives by the mantra, “Don’t make excuses, make improvements.” In his spare time, Jeff enjoys running, biking, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Adam has led B2B-software product and engineering teams for nearly a decade, including serving as CTO for AI-technology company Narrative Science. Prior to that, he spent 12 years in consulting with Accenture where he focused on large-scale delivery, performance engineering, and software architecture.
His experience has left him well-positioned to oversee the global technology department of Evive with sound vision and direction. Adam leads the product and engineering teams, and is responsible for defining how our product strategy supports our overall business goals.
Adam lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and three daughters. He spends much of his free time coaching his daughters’ softball and basketball teams, as well as enjoying time with his family.

With more than 25 years of business and financial management experience, John has a successful track record helping companies grow and scale. Most recently, John was CFO at Infogix, Inc., a data management and analytics company, and previously held finance and accounting roles at SAVO and Interface Software. He’s a hands-on leader with a clear understanding of business economics and key value drivers.
In his role at Evive, John provides the leadership and vision for company operations, ensuring they’re set efficiently and functioning successfully. He manages all operational aspects of the business and supports successful growth by overseeing the delivery and daily utilization of company products, as well as the strategy for customer management and retention.
John graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Outside work, John enjoys traveling with his family and golfing.

Daya holds more than 25 years of experience in the IT world. After earning her Master’s degree in Mathematics from Delhi University and Management Studies from Oxford, she has worked across large corporations and technology start-ups to scale operations and improve client experiences. Before joining Evive, she was the Managing Director at Zyme’s India Operations.
In her current role, Daya leads Bangalore employees with Evive’s vision and strategy. She develops, aligns, and motivates talent across all teams in the Bangalore office, and collaborates with leadership to ensure all business objectives are achieved by leveraging a global model.
Her personal business philosophy is to ”get the right people in the right roles, then everything else follows.” When she’s not working, Daya enjoys traveling and reading.

Ryan holds 15 years of experience in software engineering, particularly with B2B SaaS companies. He’s especially well-versed in application modernization, cloud-based architecture, DevOps, and continuous delivery.
In his role at Evive, Ryan leads the software engineering, architecture, and DevOps teams. His focus is on using technology to drive product innovation and facilitate rapid delivery.
Ryan received his Bachelor’s in Computer Science from North Central College in Illinois. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, running, cooking, and spending time with his family.

Throughout her career, Elisabeth has held responsibilities in multiple areas of human resources, from business partnership to the employee experience to performance management and total rewards. She’s passionate about talent and believes the greatest value is added when HR functions as a partner to the business.
Elisabeth is responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining Evive talent. She drives and fosters culture in alignment with The Evive Way, and creates HR strategies, plans, and policies to support the achievement of the company’s business objectives.
A Chicago native, Elisabeth holds a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from Taylor University, as well as certifications in being a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Strategic HR Business Partner (SHRBP). In her free time, she enjoys traveling (32 countries and counting!), theatre, and cooking.

Andrew coaches departments to use Agile ideas, transforming how they work together to create a more efficient and satisfying work environment. In order to achieve these goals, he creates a culture of positive change where teams are empowered to solve their users’ problems.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering from Michigan State University. He has worked across every part of software development, including being a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and much more. He is a Certified Scrum Master.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys basketball, biking, running, and reading fiction. He is married with two sons.

Ram is responsible for the entire engineering team in our Bangalore office, from delivery to team and career building. He has a Masters in Information Technology and holds more than two decades of experience across product companies.
Ram started his career as a developer working on C++. Eventually, he grew to lead many teams in multiple geographic locations, worked as an Architect in software, and has built SaaS platforms. In his free time, Ram enjoys soccer—both watching and playing it—as well as spending time with his family.

Having worked as a total-health management consultant for several years at Mercer, Krupa brings a valuable outside perspective on what large employers are looking for when it comes to solving their benefits engagement challenges. Her vision is to show employers why implementing a navigator is a must-have, rather than a nice-to-have, specifically in how it helps achieve the greatest value in niche programs.
In her role, Krupa leads a team of Solutions Consultants to communicate and demonstrate Evive’s value to the consultant and employer communities. Krupa and her team help guide consultants and employers on what’s possible with Evive’s applications, as well as share in-depth knowledge of the Evive product portfolio.
Krupa grew up in Atlanta and attended the University of Georgia where she earned her Master of Public Health. She likes trying new restaurants, traveling, and exploring the many neighborhoods of Chicago.

Arun develops analytical and predictive methods for healthcare and behaviors, based on statistics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. His work adds great value to the data science of Evive products and services. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, as well as a PhD from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he completed his thesis on Materials Informatics.
In past roles, he has been involved in the development of multiple trading algorithms. He helped set up the Data Science curriculum at CIT, Coimbatore, and is on the Board of Studies as Data Science expert for CIT, SIET, KARE, and DA-IICT colleges.
Arun believes in a future where Artificial General Intelligence is for the benefit of nature. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, visiting galleries and museums, drawing, and having fun with his family.
